Nine Superior Court locations from Fullerton to Costa Mesa. Find the address, what each location actually hears, and — just as important — which ones never handle adult bail.
Click any courthouse for arraignment timing, bail review, parking, nearby jails, and what happens if a court date is missed.
The justice centers that actually hear adult criminal calendars, plus the arraignment courtroom inside the Central Men's Jail. Which one hears a case is set by the Superior Court's Court Designation List (effective June 30, 2025) — by arresting agency, not by which building is closest.

California bail is never posted at a court counter. The bond goes to the facility holding the defendant, which in Orange County is frequently a different city than the justice center on the case.
Orange County sets bail from the 2026 Uniform Bail Schedule approved by the judges under Penal Code §1269b(c). The county's pandemic-era emergency bail order was rescinded on June 20, 2020 — there is no zero-bail policy here. Felony bail is computed on the highest single count plus enhancements, and In re Humphrey (2021) 11 Cal.5th 135 requires the court to consider ability to pay. Start with the jail directory to confirm where custody actually is, or the county service-area hub for city-by-city booking details.
Missing a court date at any of these locations can trigger a bench warrant and bail forfeiture. If a warrant has issued, call us about a failure-to-appear bail bond before it escalates.
Our agents are available 24 hours a day to confirm which justice center is handling a case, whether a warrant has issued, and what it takes to post a bond before the next appearance.
