Yes. It is a staffed Type I jail and bonds are accepted around the clock. Posting before the county transfer is the single fastest way out of an Anaheim arrest, because once a defendant leaves Harbor Boulevard the release moves to the county's queue in Santa Ana.

It is a municipal Type I jail with roughly 120 beds. It takes both felony and misdemeanor bookings made by Anaheim Police officers, holding them short term pending release, arraignment transport, or transfer into Orange County Sheriff's custody.

Visiting runs 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. daily, and there is no visiting on the day a person is booked. Bail posting is not restricted by those hours — a bond can be written at 3 a.m. even though nobody can visit at 3 a.m.

The North Justice Center at 1275 N Berkeley Avenue in Fullerton. Under the Court Designation List effective June 30, 2025, Anaheim criminal and traffic matters are designated there — not to the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana, which is where many families assume an Orange County case is heard.
