1 Percent Bail Bonds San Bernardino

165 W Hospitality Ln Ste 19C, San Bernardino, CA 92408

Open 24 hours, 7 days a week

Yucaipa is one of the longer drives from our staffed San Bernardino office — roughly twenty-five minutes west on the 10 — and the county's Central Detention Center is on the same corridor. That is the honest distance, and it is why most of this gets handled by phone before anyone gets in a car.

Why Choose Midnight In Yucaipa

Licensed agents on every shift, honest answers about where your family member actually is, and financing built for families who didn't plan on an arrest this week.

01

Yucaipa Is A Sheriff Contract City — The Local Name Is Not A Local Agency

Yucaipa appears on San Bernardino County's official contract-cities list, and law enforcement here is provided by the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department out of the Yucaipa Patrol Station at 34144 Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa, CA 92399, (909) 918-2305. The station is branded locally as the Yucaipa Police Department, which is exactly the trap: the name on the door is municipal, the agency behind it is the county. There is no independent city department and no city jail, so a Yucaipa arrest is a county custody from the first minute — and the phone calls should go to the county system, not to a city records desk that does not exist.

02

24/7 Availability

A licensed agent answers the phone at 3 a.m. on a Sunday the same way we answer at 3 p.m. on a Wednesday. Yucaipa bookings do not wait for business hours, and neither do we.

03

Bilingual Agents

English and Spanish-speaking agents on every shift. Premium, cosigner obligations, and payment terms get explained in the language your family actually speaks.

04

No Collateral In Most Cases

Most bonds under $100,000 are written on a qualified signature alone — no property, no pink slip. Above that, collateral may be requested depending on the charge and how the cosigner qualifies.

05

Affordable Payment Plans

California fixes the premium at 10% of the bail. The down payment is what flexes — as low as 1% on approved credit, with the balance on a written plan.

06

Licensed & Accountable

California License #1846101, with a staffed office at 165 W Hospitality Ln Ste 19C, San Bernardino, CA 92408 covering Yucaipa — a real office with real agents, not a national call center routing your case to a stranger.

How Bail Bonds Work In Yucaipa

There is no municipal holding step in Yucaipa. The arrest enters the county system immediately, and the only real question is which county facility took the booking.

1

Arrest & Processing Through The Yucaipa Patrol Station

San Bernardino County Sheriff's deputies working the Yucaipa contract make the arrest, and processing runs through the Yucaipa Patrol Station at 34144 Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa, CA 92399, (909) 918-2305. The station also covers the surrounding unincorporated communities, so a foothill arrest outside the city line often runs through the same building. Because this is a Sheriff's operation, the booking goes into the county system rather than a municipal one.

2

Charge Checked Against The County Bail Schedule

Bail is set from the Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino Felony and Misdemeanor Bail Schedule adopted under Penal Code §1269b(c). San Bernardino does not use Riverside's Cite and Release, Book and Release, or Pre-Arraignment Review tracks. It runs a conventional schedule, and Section B generally does not require bail on misdemeanors unless the offense is specifically listed.

3

Call Midnight — We Confirm Where They Are

Call (909) 643-8359 with a full legal name and date of birth. We check the Yucaipa city booking and the San Bernardino County system, tell you where they are right now, and read back the exact bail amount and premium before you pay anything.

4

Qualification & Approval

A short cosigner conversation — employment, residence, and how the balance gets paid. Most approvals take minutes, and most Yucaipa bonds require no collateral.

5

Bond Posted Where They Actually Are

We post at the facility holding the defendant, whether that's the city jail or the county detention centers after transfer. Release from a municipal booking area is usually faster; the county facilities run a processing queue that can take several hours, longer on weekends and holidays.

6

Payment Plan Begins

The remaining premium is paid on the written schedule agreed up front. No surprise fees, and we remind you of every court date so the bond stays in good standing.

Bail amounts for Yucaipa arrests come from the San Bernardino County Felony and Misdemeanor Bail Schedule (effective January 1, 2026), the same county-wide schedule used for every other city in San Bernardino County.

San Bernardino County Release Categories
Because a Yucaipa booking is a county booking immediately, the county schedule applies from the start. Ask first whether the charge carries scheduled bail at all — under Section B most misdemeanors do not unless specifically listed, and the court states a magistrate may set zero bail under In re Humphrey. What Bail Bonds Cost In Yucaipa

The premium is fixed by California law. The down payment is where we can help.

The Premium Is 10% — By Law

Bail premium rates in California are filed with and approved by the Department of Insurance under Cal. Ins. Code §1800. A bondsman quoting a Yucaipa family less than the filed 10% premium as the total cost is quoting something they can't legally deliver.

The Premium Is Earned, Not Refundable

Once the bond is posted the premium is earned in full — whether the case is dismissed at arraignment or runs two years. That's the price of the surety, not a deposit held against the bail.

The Down Payment Is What's Negotiable

Down payments start as low as 1% of the bail on approved credit. The remainder of the 10% premium is financed on a written plan with fixed installments you agree to before signing.

Collateral Isn't Usually Required

Most Yucaipa bonds under $100,000 are written on a qualified cosigner's signature. Larger bonds may call for collateral depending on the charge and the cosigner's file.

Bail Amount10% PremiumDown At 1%
$20,000$2,000$200
$50,000$5,000$500
$100,000$10,000$1,000

The 1% figure is a down payment on approved credit, not a discounted premium — the full 10% is still owed on the payment plan. For the full 1% through 10% tier comparison and who qualifies for each, see affordable bail bonds.

Yucaipa Jails We Serve

No municipal jail exists in Yucaipa. A hold moves west into the county system, and the drive from the foothills is real — call before you make it.

Yucaipa Patrol Station (San Bernardino County Sheriff)

34144 Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa, CA 92399

(909) 918-2305

The Sheriff's contract station that polices Yucaipa and the surrounding foothill communities. Locally branded as the Yucaipa Police Department, but it is a county patrol station — a patrol and processing facility, not a city jail.

Where Yucaipa Arrestees Transfer

Central Detention Center

630 E Rialto Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92415

The county's downtown San Bernardino intake facility, roughly twenty-five minutes west on the 10 and the normal destination for a Yucaipa hold. A dedicated facility page is still being built.

Glen Helen Rehabilitation Center

18000 Institution Rd, Devore, CA 92407

The county's Devore facility at the bottom of the Cajon Pass, northwest of San Bernardino. Not a first destination from the east valley, but it appears on longer holds and classification moves.

What We Need When You Call

Have these ready and we can locate the booking — city jail or county — and quote the premium on the first call.

01

Defendant's Full Legal Name

First, middle, and last as it appears on their ID. Nicknames slow the jail search.

02

Date of Birth

Prevents confusion when multiple people share the same name in the booking system.

03

City or County of Arrest

Tells us which jail to check first — Riverside, San Bernardino, LA, Orange, or San Diego.

04

Booking Number (If Available)

Not required, but if you have it, it speeds up locating the record considerably.

05

Cosigner Contact Info

Cosigner's name, phone, employer, and general credit range — this is what determines your financing terms.

06

Your Relationship to the Defendant

Family, friend, or coworker — helps us know who to loop in on updates and paperwork.

Most Common Bail Charges In Yucaipa

Bail is set by the San Bernardino County Superior Court schedule, not by the city — so a Yucaipa booking starts from the same figures as one anywhere else in the county. The ranges below are county schedule ranges, not city-specific numbers.

DUI

VC §23152

County schedule range: $5,000 – $100,000

A first misdemeanor DUI sits at the low end of the schedule and can sometimes release on citation. Priors, injury, or a high BAC push the amount up fast.

View Page

Domestic Violence

PC §273.5

County schedule range: $50,000 – $100,000

Corporal injury filings book high and usually come with a protective order at arraignment. Release conditions matter as much as the bond — we walk cosigners through both before anything is signed.

View Page

Drug Possession & Sale

HS §11350, HS §11351 / §11352

County schedule range: $10,000 – $100,000+

Simple possession books low and often qualifies for diversion. Possession for sale and transportation book far higher, and weight or priors move the number quickly.

View Page

Assault & Battery

PC §240 / §245(a)(1)

County schedule range: $25,000 – $50,000

Simple battery books at the low end. Assault with a deadly weapon is a strike-eligible felony and books substantially higher, often with additional enhancements filed.

View Page

Theft & Burglary

PC §484/§487 and PC §459

County schedule range: $20,000 – $50,000

Petty theft books low; grand theft and first-degree residential burglary book substantially higher and carry felony jail or prison exposure. Burglary has its own dedicated page on this site.

About Yucaipa

Yucaipa is a city of roughly 55,000 people in the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains at the far eastern end of the valley, past Redlands and just short of the Riverside County line near Calimesa. It incorporated in 1989 and covers about 27 square miles of hillside neighborhoods, orchards around Oak Glen, and the Yucaipa Boulevard corridor that runs the length of the city.

Policing here is a San Bernardino County Sheriff's contract, run out of the Yucaipa Patrol Station at 34144 Yucaipa Blvd, (909) 918-2305. The station is branded as the Yucaipa Police Department in city materials, and that naming convention is the single most common source of confusion for families in contract cities. It is the same arrangement as Hesperia and Apple Valley, and the opposite of nearby Redlands, which operates a genuinely independent municipal department.

The Yucaipa station also serves the unincorporated foothill communities around the city — Mentone, Oak Glen, Angelus Oaks, Forest Falls — which is a large patrol area with a small population spread through it. For a family, the practical effect is that an arrest anywhere in that foothill band tends to run through the same station, even when it happened miles outside the city limits.

Yucaipa cases are filed in the San Bernardino County Superior Court system, with bail set from the county-wide schedule rather than any local rule. We are not naming a courthouse or department for a specific Yucaipa case on this page — that research is not finished, and a wrong courthouse sends a family to the wrong building on the wrong morning. Use the court's own information until those pages are live. What we will confirm on the first call, before you pay anything, is whether the charge carries scheduled bail under the county bail schedule.
