What happens on this calendar is narrow: establishing parentage where it is in dispute, setting a support amount under California's statewide guideline, modifying an existing order when income or custody changes, and enforcing orders that are not being paid — through wage assignment, license actions, and contempt proceedings.

None of that is bail.
