The Riverside Historic Courthouse stands at 4050 Main Street in downtown Riverside. The Superior Court of California, County of Riverside lists two categories of matters served here: civil and probate. That is the whole list. No arraignments, no preliminary hearings, no criminal trials.

The building itself is the county's original courthouse, completed in 1903. It is a designated landmark and remains in active judicial use rather than serving as a museum.
