Wildomar has no police department of its own. It contracts with the Riverside County Sheriff, and the station that answers is the Lake Elsinore Station on Limited Avenue — shared with Lake Elsinore and Canyon Lake. Custody goes to Murrieta. We post there 24 hours a day. 10% premium, 1% down on approved credit.

We don't keep a Wildomar branch. The southwest county is covered from our staffed Riverside office on Market Street — but a Wildomar family is almost always headed to the Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta, ten minutes down the 15, not north to us.

Licensed agents on every shift, honest answers about where your family member actually is, and financing built for families who didn't plan on an arrest this week.
Wildomar contracts police services to the Riverside County Sheriff's Office through the Lake Elsinore Station at 333 Limited Ave, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530, which also covers Lake Elsinore and Canyon Lake. A small city with a shared station means two things in practice: the address you're given won't be in Wildomar, and the desk fielding your call is handling three cities' worth of arrests at once. Neither is a problem if you know it going in.
A licensed agent answers the phone at 3 a.m. on a Sunday the same way we answer at 3 p.m. on a Wednesday. Wildomar bookings do not wait for business hours, and neither do we.
English and Spanish-speaking agents on every shift. Premium, cosigner obligations, and payment terms get explained in the language your family actually speaks.
Most bonds under $100,000 are written on a qualified signature alone — no property, no pink slip. Above that, collateral may be requested depending on the charge and how the cosigner qualifies.
California fixes the premium at 10% of the bail. The down payment is what flexes — as low as 1% on approved credit, with the balance on a written plan.
California License #1846101, with a staffed office at 3959 Market St Ste C, Riverside, CA 92501 covering Wildomar — a real office with real agents, not a national call center routing your case to a stranger.
A Wildomar arrest runs through the Sheriff end to end: processed at the Lake Elsinore Station, priced by the county's October 2025 bail schedule, bonded at whichever facility holds the defendant.
The Riverside County Sheriff's Lake Elsinore Station at 333 Limited Ave, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530, (951) 245-3300 handles Wildomar arrests under the city's contract with the county, along with Lake Elsinore and Canyon Lake. Prints, photo, and record checks have to clear before a bond can post — the station processes people, it doesn't house them long-term.
Bail is set from the Riverside County Felony and Misdemeanor Bail Schedule effective October 20, 2025 — a county-wide document that also sorts offenses into Cite and Release, Book and Release, Pre-Arraignment Review, and standard bail.
Call (951) 692-7388 with a full legal name and date of birth. We check the Wildomar city booking and the Riverside County system, tell you where they are right now, and read back the exact bail amount and premium before you pay anything.
A short cosigner conversation — employment, residence, and how the balance gets paid. Most approvals take minutes, and most Wildomar bonds require no collateral.
We post at the facility holding the defendant, whether that's the city jail or the county detention centers after transfer. Release from a municipal booking area is usually faster; the county facilities run a processing queue that can take several hours, longer on weekends and holidays.
The remaining premium is paid on the written schedule agreed up front. No surprise fees, and we remind you of every court date so the bond stays in good standing.
Bail amounts for Wildomar arrests come from the Riverside County Felony and Misdemeanor Bail Schedule (effective October 20, 2025), the same county-wide schedule used for every other city in Riverside County.

The premium is fixed by California law. The down payment is where we can help.
Bail premium rates in California are filed with and approved by the Department of Insurance under Cal. Ins. Code §1800. A bondsman quoting a Wildomar family less than the filed 10% premium as the total cost is quoting something they can't legally deliver.
Once the bond is posted the premium is earned in full — whether the case is dismissed at arraignment or runs two years. That's the price of the surety, not a deposit held against the bail.
Down payments start as low as 1% of the bail on approved credit. The remainder of the 10% premium is financed on a written plan with fixed installments you agree to before signing.
Most Wildomar bonds under $100,000 are written on a qualified cosigner's signature. Larger bonds may call for collateral depending on the charge and the cosigner's file.
| Bail Amount | 10% Premium | Down At 1% |
|---|---|---|
| $20,000 | $2,000 | $200 |
| $50,000 | $5,000 | $500 |
| $100,000 | $10,000 | $1,000 |
The 1% figure is a down payment on approved credit, not a discounted premium — the full 10% is still owed on the payment plan. For the full 1% through 10% tier comparison and who qualifies for each, see affordable bail bonds.

Bail is set by the Riverside County Superior Court schedule, not by the city — so a Wildomar booking starts from the same figures as one anywhere else in the county. The ranges below are county schedule ranges, not city-specific numbers.
County schedule range: $5,000 – $100,000
A first misdemeanor DUI sits at the low end of the schedule and can sometimes release on citation. Priors, injury, or a high BAC push the amount up fast.
View PageCounty schedule range: $50,000 – $100,000
Corporal injury filings book high and usually come with a protective order at arraignment. Release conditions matter as much as the bond — we walk cosigners through both before anything is signed.
View PageCounty schedule range: $10,000 – $100,000+
Simple possession books low and often qualifies for diversion. Possession for sale and transportation book far higher, and weight or priors move the number quickly.
View PagePC §240 / §245(a)(1)
County schedule range: $25,000 – $50,000
Simple battery books at the low end. Assault with a deadly weapon is a strike-eligible felony and books substantially higher, often with additional enhancements filed.
View PagePC §484/§487 and PC §459
County schedule range: $20,000 – $50,000
Petty theft books low; grand theft and first-degree residential burglary book substantially higher and carry felony jail or prison exposure. Burglary has its own dedicated page on this site.
View PageWildomar is a city of roughly 36,000 on the I-15 between Lake Elsinore and Murrieta, incorporated in 2008 out of what had been unincorporated county for a century. It is one of the newer cities in the southwest county and, like most of them, it contracts its public safety rather than building it in-house.
The Sheriff's Lake Elsinore Station is the operational home for Wildomar policing, shared with Lake Elsinore and Canyon Lake. We name the sharing arrangement on every page in this build where it exists, because the alternative — implying a station belongs to one city — sets families up to misread ordinary workload as being brushed off.
Wildomar cases are filed in the Riverside County Superior Court system with bail set from the county-wide schedule. We won't name a courthouse or department for a specific case; assignments depend on the filing, and the court's own information is the right source rather than a guess from us. What we will answer on the first call is whether the charge falls into one of the 2025 no-bail release categories.
