Serving San Jacinto · Open 24 Hours
San Jacinto has no police department of its own. It contracts with the Riverside County Sheriff, and the station that answers is the Hemet Station on Acacia Avenue — the same station serving the valley next door. We post at the county facilities 24 hours a day. 10% premium, 1% down on approved credit.

We don't keep a San Jacinto branch. The San Jacinto Valley is covered from our staffed Riverside office on Market Street, out the 60 and down the 79 — and because custody here is a county function, most families end up at a Sheriff's detention center rather than anywhere in the city.

Licensed agents on every shift, honest answers about where your family member actually is, and financing built for families who didn't plan on an arrest this week.
San Jacinto contracts police services to the Riverside County Sheriff's Office, worked out of the Hemet Station at 43950 Acacia Ave Suite B, Hemet, CA 92544. The address is in Hemet, and the same station covers arrests on both sides of the valley line. Worth knowing, because Hemet also has its own city police department and city jail — so 'Hemet' can mean two entirely different agencies depending on who made the arrest. We untangle that before you start calling numbers.
A licensed agent answers the phone at 3 a.m. on a Sunday the same way we answer at 3 p.m. on a Wednesday. San Jacinto bookings do not wait for business hours, and neither do we.
English and Spanish-speaking agents on every shift. Premium, cosigner obligations, and payment terms get explained in the language your family actually speaks.
Most bonds under $100,000 are written on a qualified signature alone — no property, no pink slip. Above that, collateral may be requested depending on the charge and how the cosigner qualifies.
California fixes the premium at 10% of the bail. The down payment is what flexes — as low as 1% on approved credit, with the balance on a written plan.
California License #1846101, with a staffed office at 3959 Market St Ste C, Riverside, CA 92501 covering San Jacinto — a real office with real agents, not a national call center routing your case to a stranger.
A San Jacinto arrest is a Sheriff's case from the first minute: processed through the Hemet Station, priced by the county's October 2025 bail schedule, bonded wherever the defendant is actually held.
The Riverside County Sheriff's Hemet Station at 43950 Acacia Ave Suite B, Hemet, CA 92544 handles arrests in San Jacinto under the city's contract with the county. Prints, photo, and record checks have to clear before a bond can post. This is a patrol station with processing capacity, not a long-term jail.
Bail comes from the Riverside County Felony and Misdemeanor Bail Schedule effective October 20, 2025, which sorts offenses into Cite and Release, Book and Release, Pre-Arraignment Review, and standard bail alongside the dollar amounts.
Call (951) 692-7388 with a full legal name and date of birth. We check the San Jacinto city booking and the Riverside County system, tell you where they are right now, and read back the exact bail amount and premium before you pay anything.
A short cosigner conversation — employment, residence, and how the balance gets paid. Most approvals take minutes, and most San Jacinto bonds require no collateral.
We post at the facility holding the defendant, whether that's the city jail or the county detention centers after transfer. Release from a municipal booking area is usually faster; the county facilities run a processing queue that can take several hours, longer on weekends and holidays.
The remaining premium is paid on the written schedule agreed up front. No surprise fees, and we remind you of every court date so the bond stays in good standing.
Bail amounts for San Jacinto arrests come from the Riverside County Felony and Misdemeanor Bail Schedule (effective October 20, 2025), the same county-wide schedule used for every other city in Riverside County.

The premium is fixed by California law. The down payment is where we can help.
Bail premium rates in California are filed with and approved by the Department of Insurance under Cal. Ins. Code §1800. A bondsman quoting a San Jacinto family less than the filed 10% premium as the total cost is quoting something they can't legally deliver.
Once the bond is posted the premium is earned in full — whether the case is dismissed at arraignment or runs two years. That's the price of the surety, not a deposit held against the bail.
Down payments start as low as 1% of the bail on approved credit. The remainder of the 10% premium is financed on a written plan with fixed installments you agree to before signing.
Most San Jacinto bonds under $100,000 are written on a qualified cosigner's signature. Larger bonds may call for collateral depending on the charge and the cosigner's file.
| Bail Amount | 10% Premium | Down At 1% |
|---|---|---|
| $20,000 | $2,000 | $200 |
| $50,000 | $5,000 | $500 |
| $100,000 | $10,000 | $1,000 |
The 1% figure is a down payment on approved credit, not a discounted premium — the full 10% is still owed on the payment plan. For the full 1% through 10% tier comparison and who qualifies for each, see affordable bail bonds.
Nothing in San Jacinto holds anyone long-term. Custody belongs to the Sheriff's detention division, which for this valley means a drive north or west.
43950 Acacia Ave Suite B, Hemet, CA 92544
The contract station that polices San Jacinto. It is physically in Hemet and is a Sheriff's facility — entirely separate from the Hemet Police Department and Hemet's own city jail. Processing and temporary holding only.
Where San Jacinto Arrestees Transfer
4000 Orange St, Riverside, CA 92501
(951) 955-4500
The Sheriff's downtown Riverside facility, roughly forty-five minutes northwest. A standard destination for a San Jacinto Valley hold that continues past processing.
30755-B Auld Rd, Murrieta, CA 92563
(951) 696-3050
The Sheriff's southwest-county jail in Murrieta. A realistic alternative depending on classification and population, and a very different drive from downtown Riverside.
Have these ready and we can locate the booking — city jail or county — and quote the premium on the first call.
First, middle, and last as it appears on their ID. Nicknames slow the jail search.
Prevents confusion when multiple people share the same name in the booking system.

Not required, but if you have it, it speeds up locating the record considerably.
Cosigner's name, phone, employer, and general credit range — this is what determines your financing terms.
Family, friend, or coworker — helps us know who to loop in on updates and paperwork.
Bail is set by the Riverside County Superior Court schedule, not by the city — so a San Jacinto booking starts from the same figures as one anywhere else in the county. The ranges below are county schedule ranges, not city-specific numbers.
County schedule range: $5,000 – $100,000
A first misdemeanor DUI sits at the low end of the schedule and can sometimes release on citation. Priors, injury, or a high BAC push the amount up fast.
View PageCounty schedule range: $50,000 – $100,000
Corporal injury filings book high and usually come with a protective order at arraignment. Release conditions matter as much as the bond — we walk cosigners through both before anything is signed.
View PageCounty schedule range: $10,000 – $100,000+
Simple possession books low and often qualifies for diversion. Possession for sale and transportation book far higher, and weight or priors move the number quickly.
View PagePC §240 / §245(a)(1)
County schedule range: $25,000 – $50,000
Simple battery books at the low end. Assault with a deadly weapon is a strike-eligible felony and books substantially higher, often with additional enhancements filed.
View PagePC §484/§487 and PC §459
County schedule range: $20,000 – $50,000
Petty theft books low; grand theft and first-degree residential burglary book substantially higher and carry felony jail or prison exposure. Burglary has its own dedicated page on this site.
View PageSan Jacinto is a city of roughly 54,000 in the valley of the same name, sitting north of Hemet against the base of the San Jacinto Mountains along Highway 79. It is one of the oldest settlements in Riverside County and one of the fastest-growing in the valley, but it never built a municipal police force.
Policing comes from the Riverside County Sheriff's Office through the Hemet Station. That creates a naming problem worth spelling out: Hemet runs its own city police department and a confirmed city jail, and the Sheriff separately runs a Hemet Station that polices San Jacinto. Two agencies, two buildings, one city name. A family calling "the Hemet police" about a San Jacinto arrest can burn an hour talking to the wrong department.
San Jacinto cases are filed in the Riverside County Superior Court system with bail set from the county-wide schedule. We won't name a courthouse or department for a specific case — assignments depend on the filing, and the court's own information beats our guess. What we can tell you in the first minute is whether the charge falls into one of the 2025 no-bail release categories.
