The Inglewood Juvenile Courthouse stands at 110 Regent Street, in the same Inglewood civic center as the general-jurisdiction Inglewood Courthouse at 1 Regent Street. It handles juvenile delinquency matters — cases in which a minor is alleged to have committed an offense.

The proximity is convenient and confusing in equal measure. Two courts share a street address line and a civic block, but they are not interchangeable: one hears adult criminal, traffic, and civil calendars, the other hears juvenile matters. Read the courthouse name and the department number on the notice rather than assuming "the Inglewood courthouse" means one specific door.

What actually separates them is the legal framework, not the walking distance. Juvenile delinquency proceedings are built around supervision, services, and rehabilitation instead of adult sentencing, and they are treated as confidential rather than public. Minors are kept out of adult criminal facilities and calendars entirely. That is why a separate juvenile courthouse exists even in a civic center this compact.
